Shipping: Catalog orders are normally shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Custom orders will be shipped within 7 days, unless noted otherwise. You will receive email notification once you order has shipped.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 30 days. Please contact us to report your issue and arrange for a return.
Repairs: Hand-made jewelry can be delicate. Although we cannot guarantee that our jewelry will never break, we will be happy to repair it for you at no charge (within reason, at our discretion). Please contact us to report the problem, and we will make arrangements for repair.
